INCLUSIVE BILLS PACKAGE FOR SHARED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION

On booking viewings and visiting the properties with our prospective tenants the first question they ask is ‘How Much Will The Bills Be?’ Our reply as always is ‘It would all depend on your Usage & Time of Year’ You are in a shared house with may I say, people you don’t really know completely.

Think what would it be like to be responsible for other tenants share of the bills as believe me when one tenant fails to pay their share of the bill the rest of the house ends up having to pay it as the tenant who didn’t pay wasn’t bothered as his/her name wasn’t on the bill! (the utility companies will only put two names on the bill).

THE BENEFITS OF INCLUSIVE BILLS

Just 1 Fixed Price payment per Tenant added to your monthly rent. Bills will be split equally amongst all housemates so no arguments of people paying less or more.

NO MORE WORRIES OF BEING COLD ON THOSE LONG WINTER DAYS AND NIGHTS

You can forget about the heated arguments with co-tenants of worries about having to pay large heating bills if you turn the heating on. You will just be snug and warm while you study rather than being cold and damp wrapped in a blanket with cold hands while you study (I have seen it believe me) because they didn’t want to turn the heating on being afraid of those large winter bills. Relief for the one person who would be picked to sort out the bills and to try and collect everybody’s share of the bill – We would do that for you – you will only be responsible for your payment alone.
