Christmas Opening Hours
The office will be closed between 23rd December 2025 and 2nd January 2026, except for pre-scheduled appointments.
23rd December: Closing for Christmas at 2:00pm
2nd January: Re-opening as usual at 9:30am

Although the office will be closed or operating reduced hours, staff may be working from home and will continue to monitor emails and repair requests throughout the holidays. The best way to contact us during this period is by email, using info@drakes.co.uk.
All repairs must still be reported via the online Report a Problem portal as normal.
